How to Request a Return

Personalized & Custom Products

Since all products at AdoraCanvas are custom-made according to your specifications, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If your order has not entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
